Step:
- Beat egg and sugar until thickened, add ovalet, and beat until fluffy and white.
- Add coconut milk little by little alternately with flour, stir until blended. Add green dye, stir.
- Prepared mold. Basting with cooking oil and give the coconut essence, pour the batter until full.
- Heat cormorant, enter mold, and steam for 35 minutes.
- Lift mold from cormorant.
- Remove the putu ayu from mold.
